What we Offer…
Using dressage principals as our basis, we introduce our riders to the basics of horseback riding, exploring diverse aspects of the horse world such as horse shows, rodeo events, obstacle courses, and ground work.
Private Lessons
New students to Echo Valley get started with a private lesson to ensure they are comfortable with the instructor and horse before moving on to group lessons. This lesson is about an hour long.
Group Lessons
After the initial private lesson, students may join 2-5 other students in a group lesson at a regular (weather permitting!) weekly time. These lessons are about an hour long. Lessons generally involve riding but sometimes we deviate into different fields such as groundwork, basic horsemanship, bathing, etc.
Day Camps
Spring and Summer months allow us to have Day Camps for new or current students to explore more aspects of the horse world such as feeding & farmwork, equine art, hippology, and model horse crafts, as well as riding!
