No-Show & Cancelation Policy

All LESSONS are pre-paid in full.

We do charge for LESSONS that are “no call, no show”.

We currently do not charge for LESSONS if you let us know you are not coming, even if it is just minutes before the set lesson time.

However, this LESSON policy is subject to change.

LESSONS that are canceled due to weather, instructor’s health or other reasons will be credited to your weekly lesson account.

CAMPS that are “no call, no show” will be charged for the deposit only.

All CAMPS are reserved by a deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable unless we are forced cancel CAMPS for some reason.

CAMPS are held rain or shine.

If we change locations of our farm we will offer refunds to those who find our new location too impractical;

otherwise, unless we cancel them, we do not offer refunds for lessons, camps, or other events.
